| Susan Stursberg May 27, 1967 – December 10, 2012 |
Susan, 1967-2012, passed away from pancreatic cancer on Monday, December 10, 2012 at the age of 45. She was co-owner and bartender for over 21 years at the Gold Star Bar in Chicago. Susan loved her job and loved animals. She worked hard at helping stray animals find shelter and homes. She was a wonderful person who was beautiful inside and out. She touched the lives of everyone she met and was loved by many. She will be missed and in our hearts forever. She is survived by her husband Ian C. Tuggle, her parents Maryann Reid and William Stursberg, her sister Julia Andriessen, her aunt Susan Pepitone, her uncle Charles Reid and many cousins. Details for a memorial to be announced soon.
